Rebuildable 57 Ford, 312 Y block - $500 (Loma)

I have a rebuildable 1957, 312 cid Y …long block as well as a matching Ford O-Matic, three speed.
Take one or both, the 312 Y block is in 57 in a Fairlane presently and runs good just has low compression and leaks some oil.
Not sure of the miles on it.
I will take a video of the motor starting and running showing.
It’s good oil pressure before I begin removal.
