Tow Truck Driver/Operator

Tow Truck Operator We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented tow truck operator to join our team.
As a tow truck operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing parking regulations, accident and state impound recovery, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: * Monitoring private parking lots and garages in state of the art company tow trucks and license plate recognition vehicles.
Vehicles parked in violation of the posted parking rules will be enforced per client parking contract.
* Responding to customer towing request for reserved stall violations.
* Responding to police dispatch calls for accident and state impound assistance.
* Maintaining accurate records within our company database and dispatch software.
* Work well under pressure and in escalated situations.
Requirements: * Must be over 25 years old for commercial insurance policy * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be able to lift at least 75lbs consistently * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays * Comfortable navigating google drive and other computer systems * Self-Motivated Training: * All training will be conducted in house.
* Must be able to obtain tow truck driver certification * Must be able to obtain UDOT medical card * Must have outstanding driving record without moving violations * Must have clean criminal history and FBI background check.
