* *Responsibilities* *Tim Dahle is now hiring a Full Time Parts Driver.
As a Parts Driver, your primary responsibilities include:* * Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the Tim Dahle Mazda brand.
* Provide professional and courteous delivery of parts to wholesale customers to meet supply demands and maximum production.
* Ensure accurate and complete invoices prior to pick-ups and deliveries to sustain productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Effectively communicate with inventory personnel and management to ensure the operation is appropriately cleaned, organized, and safe.
* Maintain a secure and organized delivery system to prevent damage and/or loss of company materials to retain cost levels.
* Deliver and pick up parts timely and accurately to sustain consistent workflow.
* Perform all job duties requested by management.
* Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others.
* Set an example of a positive attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly, and safe work environment.
* Communicate and help resolve customer complaints and adjustments.
* Be a teacher and support the efforts of other employees to ensure success.
* Seek ways to improve business operations and customer service.
* Maintainability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.
*Qualifications* *Job Qualifications:* * 18 years or older.
* *Must have VALID drivers license for 3+ years* * Hands-on, team-oriented who is committed to business improvement processes.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Management skills: * Critical thinking-using logic to weigh various approaches to resolve problems * Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to have constructive and cooperative working relationships * Initiative-willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges * Ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements.
*Additional Information* *Tim Dahle Auto Group has a generous pay plan contingent upon experience.
Must have an excellent driving record.
