CDL A & B Drivers

*Side Dump Drivers* *Job Summary* Drive a dump truck and pup to and from the job site.
While ensuring that all safety procedures are being followed.
Must be willing to get out of the truck to help on the job site as well when needed/required.
*Pay: *$25 to $27 depending on experience * Full Time position.
50 hours minimum with overtime every week.
Monday-Friday, 630am – 5pm, hours may vary depending on work demands.
Occasional Saturdays may be required.

* Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are being followed.
Brings any problems to the attention of the truck manager.
* Perform other job duties as assigned.
* Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
* Collect delivery instructions daily from the Truck Manager, verifying instructions and routes.
* Secure cargo for transport using ropes, blocks, chains, binders, or covers.
* Maintain logs of working hours and of vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles immediately.
* Must plan route to insure most economical use of time and equipment.
* Work with traffic control to ensure all safety procedures are being followed and not disrupting traffic or causing potential hazard to other vehicles and pedestrians.
*Qualifications* * Flatbed Experience * Class A CDL required with Triple & Double Endorsement *Truck & Pup Driver* VanCon in Springville is looking for hard workers in search of a long-term driving career! We are looking for CDL class A driver for one of our truck and pups, experience with Manual transmission and are wanting to grow in your field we want you! VanCon works year-round and you'll be home every night.
