Our facility sits on 10 acres with a clinic, indoor riding arena and equestrian facility all on site.
We offer traditional occupational, physical, and speech therapy in addition to mental health services.
With the intentional design and location of our facility, we are able to incorporate unique and meaningful treatments such as the use of equine movement (hippotherapy), adaptive riding, use of the natural environment as well as a child centered therapy clinic space.

Job Description:
Strides is hiring an Equine Manager.
Job duties include leading horses in therapy sessions, tuning up therapy horses, bringing along our babies, coordinating with and handling farrier and vet appts, intermittent vet care as needed, managing the horses schedules, training volunteers, etc.
Fairly extensive horse knowledge and organizational skills a must.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for more experience in the equine involved therapy world or looking to build a strong application to school!

Preferred Experience:
· Experience working with horses
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds
