Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest relations, front desk, and night audit.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Train and supervise hotel staff to provide exceptional service.
- Manage reservations and room assignments.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Monitor hotel performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and phone systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
