Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities: - Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations - Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to customers - Manage and train restaurant staff, including conducting interviews and hiring new employees - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise - Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance - Assist in creating and implementing staff schedules Skills: - Strong background in restaurant management, including knowledge of culinary techniques and food service management - Excellent hospitality and customer service skills - Ability to effectively interview, hire, and train employees - Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus - Proficient in hospitality management software and systems If you are a motivated individual with a passion for the restaurant industry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Assistant General Manager.
