* Assist in *scheduling* employee shifts and coordinating staffing requirements.
* Support the *Site Manager* in daily operations and decision-making.
* Actively participate in the *recruitment, onboarding, discipline, dismissal, and performance management* processes.
* Develop and maintain positive *customer relationships*, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
* *Cultivate* community relationships through active participation in events, including parades and fundraisers.
* Identify and resolve wash issues to ensure optimal operational performance.
* Conduct basic *equipment maintenance* and monitor machinery to ensure proper functionality.
* Enforce *company policies and procedures* to maintain a positive and rewarding workplace culture.
* Perform *administrative duties* including paperwork, inventory management, and documentation.
* Emphasize and practice *safety and security measures*, conducting periodic reviews.
* Maintain excellent site appearance through regular checks and adherence to cleaning protocols.
