How You’ll Thrive:
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively, excellent attention to detail, knowledge of computerized registers, and cash-handling experience.
The ideal candidate will have innate self-confidence that allows for the success of others, as well as excellent time management and self-management skills.
A Day in the Life:
Ensure excellent customer service by cultivating genuine compassion and a desire to help people.
Assist our customers by working the customer service booth and answering phone calls, providing solutions to customer questions, and assisting with online ordering and customer returns.
Work with the management team to create success and satisfaction for team members through training support and building a positive work environment.
Maintain product quality and store cleanliness.
Complete daily tasks that include standing for long periods of time, as well as repetitive lifting and bending.
Perform other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed.
Availability and Compensation:
Part-time or Full-time, Monday - Saturday availability
Three Saturdays a month and four days a week are required for this position
$13 - $15/hour, DOE
