Operations Backroom Manager

Role and Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated leader to join our retail team.
As the Home Operations Manager, you will be responsible for operational functions.
This role supports sales and maintenance of visual standards.
Essential Functions Keeping an accurate inventory by conducting in-store audits Cleaning and organizing the warehouse stock room Assisting in the assembly and placement of merchandise Unloading and receiving all inbound transfers/purchase orders Loading and unloading customer's merchandise Monitor customer orders until completion Supporting and assisting the sales team Executing approved business maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, secure and friendly atmosphere Train, develop, and coach team members Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays) Lift 100+ lbs.
Ability to spend entire shift on feet Preferred Skills Inventory Management Knowledge in Microsoft Suite Strong Communicator Ability to build effective teams 2 + Years of warehouse experience NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
