Enrollments/Sales: Connect and consult with inquiring families regarding their needs Enroll students/families in Sylvan’s proven success program Set and achieve enrollment goals/targets Develop and implement local marketing activities Manage Team: Participate in selection, management, and motivation of center employees Partner with the Executive Director/other directors to assist in the center operations and the company’s overall success Demonstrate and uphold a high level of morale and spirit for you and your staff Ensure the center maintains high professional standards of appearance Job Requirements: Demonstrated outgoing and dynamic personality Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required 1-2 years sales/customer service, or similar experience Outstanding customer service and communication skills Driven, self-starter, with track record of success
