Knabe Grand Piano - $4,400 (Provo)

1975 Knabe Grand, 5'5", regularly maintained, beautiful piano, lovely tone, great mechanical condition (see evaluation from 2020).
Most recent work done was December 2023.
Holds tuning really well.
Need to sell because my husband and I moved from Utah to New York and couldn't bring it with.
We've loved this piano--we're both professional musicians, (degrees in piano, voice, and composition.
) It was appraised for $7,000 (see pic), but we're asking $4,400 or best offer.
