*Position Overview:*
Join our construction cleanup crew and play a crucial role in ensuring that construction sites are clean, safe, and ready for occupancy.
As a member of our crew, you'll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to perform cleaning at various construction sites.
From removing debris and trash, to sweeping and vacuuming, you'll contribute to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Our pay structure caters to those that are self motivating, detail oriented, and thorough individuals.
This job is performance based and is designed to put no cap on what can be made on an hourly basis while working!
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Work as part of a crew to perform cleanup and various tasks at construction sites.
- Remove debris, trash, and other materials from job sites.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors as needed to maintain cleanliness.
- Cleaning various areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, office spaces, etc.
- Assist with organizing and tidying up construction areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
*Requirements:*
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Prior experience in construction cleanup or related fields preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
