*General Description:* You will be responsible for providing direction and leadership of the Quality Management System at Little Giant Ladder Systems.
You will audit and refine processes, procedures, and metrics to drive what Little Giant is best known for, ladder innovation.
*Specific Description:* * Provide GAP analysis of all internal processes that relate to QMS.
* Implement processes and procedures to improve the QMS.
* Audit, identify, and close any identified gaps * Drive QA improvement via a Corrective Action Response System (CAR) *Roles and Responsibilities:* * Audit and improve QMS through gap analysis of policy and procedures identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action.
* Own document control process and procedures as outlined in QMS.
* Lead and manage assigned resources providing guidance, coaching, and support.
* Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.
* Communicate with other teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure that quality control processes are aligned with business objectives.
* Manage and maintain quality control documentation * Participate in high-paced, cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative new products or services, ensuring that quality control processes are integrated into the development process.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to quality control, sharing knowledge and insights with team members and stakeholders.
* Supervising staff and monitoring production standard *Competencies:* * Expertise in QMS systems * Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
* Demonstrated experience in gap analysis * Strong communication skills for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, and policies.
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
to include benchmark QMS standards (FDA, Medical, ISO, Aero, Automotive, etc.
) and testing and testing documentation requirements * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
* Lead by example and drive and grow Continuous Improvement culture in the organization *Experience and Education:* * Degreed Professional (Engineering, Quality) * Min 5 years in a similar role in a manufacturing organization * Min 5 years w ISO QMS certified organizations required or equivalent (Automotive, Medical, Aero, FDA, etc.
) * Lean Six Sigma Black Belt a Plus, Green Belt required, expert with Stat.
Analysis Software (MATLAB, Minitab, etc.
) * Advanced working knowledge with Microsoft suite (office, teams, Power BI, Microsoft project) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.
00 - $105,000.
