*Role Description*
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Estimator.
As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pre-construction process, including reviewing project plans and specifications, soliciting and analyzing subcontractor bids, preparing cost estimates, establishing and managing project budgets.
You will collaborate with our development team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators and contribute to the continuous improvement of our pre-construction processes.
*Qualifications*
* Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and methodologies
* Excellent understanding of construction costs at both a micro and macro level
* Proficiency in estimating software and tools
* Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and codes
* Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
* Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
* Experience in managing and evaluating subcontractor bids
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.
00 - $120,000.
