*Job Title: Order Management Analyst (Manufacturing Facility)* *Job Overview:* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our family-oriented team.
This role, based at our Nephi, UT facility, involves order management and customer service responsibilities, with a key focus on supporting an ERP transition.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
*Responsibilities:* *Order Processing:* * Efficiently process and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely production and delivery schedules.
* Monitor current capacity and coordinate with production teams to optimize order fulfillment.
*Customer Service and Relationship Management:* * Provide professional and proper responses to product and order-related inquiries for primary accounts and other account contacts.
* Develop and improve customer relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain proactive and integrated communication flow with Sales, Distribution Center Managers, and customers regarding service issues.
*ERP Transition Support:* * Play a vital role in the transition to a new ERP system.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
* Provide support and training to end-users during and after the ERP implementation.
*Quotation and Order Entry:* * Perform quotation and order entry, edit, and maintenance.
* Handle all telephone or email inquiries related to freight, product application, or billing issues for primary and other designated accounts.
*Issue Resolution:* * Analyze and resolve customer requests, inquiries, or problems utilizing established procedures.
* Identify and report customer problems, potential sales leads, and system deficiencies to the Supervisor and Sales Representative.
*Documentation and Reporting:* * Maintain current documentation and files as per established procedures and policies.
* Utilize the Quality Improvement Process to fulfill responsibilities and improve work processes.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's Degree a plus.
* Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Minimum three years of office experience in a manufacturing industry.
* Excellent communication skills, patience, professionalism, and courtesy in adverse situations.
Project management skills are a plus.
* Goal-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively.
* Willing to be flexible in schedule and work occasional overtime.
