Fabrication Technician/Mold Maintenance

Responsibilities: * Perform TIG and MIG welding * Flatten flanges * Adjust jack bolts * Burn out molds * Perform job in a safe manner following all rules, regulations, and training * Perform daily safety inspection and immediately report all unsafe conditions or near miss events * Wear all PPE as required * Use hand tools as intended * Follow all environmental and housekeeping requirements * Perform to all quality expectations, isolate/report all defects, adhere to all SOP standards and proper documentation Qualifications: * Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly * Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, managers, and rotomolding operators * Ability to make decisions while following all company safety rules and procedures while working around moving equipment * Ability to proactively find solutions and manage related problems * Ability to complete assigned tasks and maintain production output standards and improve yield under specified deadlines Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
