50/hr shift differential for swing shift *Job Duties May Include:* * Maintain safe and clean work areas and equipment and follow prescribed safety regulations * Perform under standard operating conditions * Load and unload molds * Operate a lift cart * Material preparation such as bagging and steel preparation * Responsible for achieving shift output and quality goals * Perform daily safety inspections and report all unsafe conditions or near miss events immediately * Wear all PPE as required * Follow all environmental and housekeeping requirements *If that sounds like you.

here’s what we need in terms of education and experience:* * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
NOTE: Some assignments require the use of air powered tools / hand tools.
Experience using hand tools preferred.
* Basic reading and math skills.
Must be able to follow directions.
High attention to detail.
* Exercises independent initiative/judgement in work methods.
* Ability to lead by example, respectfully work with a team, and communicate with clarity.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills This job operates in a manufacturing environment, and the employee is regularly exposed to loud noises and machinery in an environment that is hot in the summer / cool in the winter.
Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment including eye protection, hearing protection, work boots, hardhats, etc.
*Physical requirements* Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time and perform repetitive motion type tasks regularly.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to endure heat in a manufacturing environment.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to repetitive motion, bending, lifting, twisting, crouching, reaching, pushing and/or pulling.
While performing this position, the employee frequently works near powered forklifts, and power tools.
