Job Summary:
As a Production Supervisor at Lakanto, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating production activities.
You will lead a team of production workers, monitor production schedules, enforce quality standards, and promote a culture of safety and teamwork.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
Provide leadership to the production team, offering guidance and training to achieve production targets effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and allocate resources efficiently.
Implement rigorous quality control measures during mixing processes, conduct inspections, and promptly address any deviations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Enforce and promote safety protocols among the team, actively participating in safety audits to ensure a secure working environment.
Maintain accurate and detailed production records for mixing processes, generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to documentation.
Work closely with maintenance and quality assurance teams to address and resolve any production issues.
Monitor and manage production schedules to align with customer demands, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in managing teams
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed to support production schedules.
Proficient in Excel.
Proficient in ERP/WMS systems.
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
Bilingual is a huge plus!
