Crew Leader/Supervisor/ Installers

```Duties``` - Supervise and lead a crew of construction workers on various projects - Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines - Coordinate and schedule crew activities to maximize productivity - Provide guidance and instruction to crew members on proper construction techniques - Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns ```Experience``` - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry - Proficient in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation - Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam, ProCore, and HeavyBid - Strong budgeting skills and ability to manage project costs effectively - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment - Previous experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and team management skills We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.
