As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an entry-level Cabinet Worker/Cabinet Carpenter.
Job Description: As an entry-level Cabinet Worker/Cabinet Carpenter at Conner Construction, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and installation of custom cabinets and millwork.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of carpentry and cabinetry.
Responsibilities: * Assist in the construction and assembly of custom cabinets according to blueprints and specifications.
* Operate woodworking machinery and tools under supervision.
* Sand, stain, and finish cabinets to meet quality standards.
* Assist in the installation of cabinets and millwork at job sites.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
* In addition to the above responsibilities, employees may be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent.
* No prior experience required; however, some experience in woodworking or construction is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery.
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
