*Precision Structural Iron* *(PSI)* is looking for a Mobile Welder who is highly proficient in fabrication and passionate about their work.
PSI formed over 7 years ago and has been growing at a rapid and steady pace since.
We outgrew our roots in Provo and expanded by building a shop, with attached business office, located in Springville, UT.
PSI specializes in fabricating steel for premium residential homes.
PSI is led by adaptive, intuitive, and hard-working individuals who welcome creative minds and new ideas.
The right candidate for the job will meet the following:
_Minimum requirements:_
Proficiency in a variety of welding techniques and have 2 years of experience (education also considered).
Must understand and interpret drawings with high attention to detail, and problem solve issues that may arise.
Must possess basic math skills and be able to read a tape measure.
Must have reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license.
_Duties Required:_
Fit, weld, and drill steel assemblies.
Ability to interpret and fabricate from sketches and blueprints.
Strictly abide by safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
Considerable physical requirements include lifting, bending, twisting, and steady hands.
_Certified in 2G, 3G, and 4G welding techniques, and GMAW using metal core wire .
045 and 1/16 wires is a plus though not necessarily required.
