Computer Technician

Computer Technician Duties: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems - Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues - Diagnose and resolve computer system problems, including hardware and software conflicts - Perform routine maintenance tasks on computers, such as disk cleanup and virus scanning - Assist with the installation and configuration of office software applications - Collaborate with IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructur - Assist with the setup and configuration of Mac OS, Windows, and Linux operating systems Qualifications: - Experience as a Computer Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals - Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues - Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Experience: - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) - Website Design (preferred) - Website Maintenance (preferred) To apply for this position, please submit your resume along with a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.
