Mandatory overtime and after-hour service calls are a possibility based on operational needs* What We Offer: • Service Vehicle with fuel card • Performance Incentives & Bonuses • Commission Program • Paid Training & Development • Affordable Medical, Dental, Vision • PTO after 90 days • Paid Holidays • Employee Discount • Referral Program • Employee Assistance Programs • Flex Savings Account • Health Savings Account • Prescription Program • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability • Free Group Life and AD&D insurance policy • 401k with Company Match What You Need: • 1 year OTR tire experience required • Valid driver’s license required • 3-year MVR with no DUIs & no more than 2 moving violations • Ability to obtain & maintain CDL • Ability to take and pass a drug and background screening • Ability to lift a minimum of seventy-five (75) pounds • Ability to bend knees & flexible enough to work in awkward positions What You’ll Do: • Operate hydraulic boom arm • Perform OTR and commercial tire-wheel replacements and installations • Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools • Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replacement of tires/wheels • Perform basic preventative maintenance and other commercial vehicle services • Perform basic facility maintenance, shop clean up and organization • Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management
