Production Operator

Responsibilities: • Operate machines, including Peddinghaus Avenger Plus, plasma table, and vertical band saw.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Ensure accurate and precise cutting of materials using CNC technology.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Assist in the training of new team members.
Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating band saw and CNC machines.
• Experience with Peddinghaus Avenger Plus, plasma table, and vertical band saw is a plus.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
