DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Performing Civil Takeoffs.
Review, interpret, and accurately estimate scopes of work described in project documents (Earthwork & Site Utilities).
* Sending RFP/RFQ for potential projects.
* Working with Estimation Department to Bid Work (We use B2W, Trimble, Earthworks, Blubeam and View-Point Software's)
* Working with Operations Department to ensure work is performed efficiently and kept within project budget.
* Helping the Accounting Department with job costing, change orders, monthly billings (SOV) and projections.
* Maintain Project Schedule and ensure that the company performs on the jobs (Includes forecasting needed trade partners).
* Responsible for all aspects of estimating/ managing projects (Including meetings, pricing work, negotiating, budgets, general conditions, etc.
)
* Develop / maintain relationships with clients and vendors/subcontractors.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 3-5 years of experience in estimation and project management.
* Computer Knowledge and Software Experience (B2W, Trimble, Earthworks, Bluebeam & View-Point).
* Knowledge of construction practices and procedures (Earthworks & Utilities).
* A good attitude and the ability to work with and get along with others.
* Ability to understand plans and specifications.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
* Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
* Supervisory experience is preferred.
* Must be able to show proof of age over 18, identity, and right to work in the US.

Pay: $60,000.
