Excavation Operator

*The Role* - We are looking for a talented excavation operator that can install the underground and site improvements needed for a building pad.
This role will work under the direction of the excavation foreman and will be responsible for the operation and care of assigned equipment.
*What we’re looking for:* * Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, and compactors * Follow OSHA workplace practices * Installation of underground sewer, water and storm drain systems * Proficient in achieving 95% of better compaction in various types of materials * Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and care * Minimum 3 years experience in heavy equipment operation *Who you will work with:* * Excavation foreman & laborers * Site Superintendents * Project Managers *Who We Are* - Lonestar Builders is a full-service development and construction firm with over 15 years experience in the commercial real estate industry.
