*Position Overview*
* As a Mitigation Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing mitigation projects from inception to completion.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities & Duties*
* Coordinate and supervise mitigation teams during all phases of mitigation.
* Participate in an on-call schedule to respond to emergency disasters.
* Manage project budgets, including estimating and tracking expenses.
* Communicate effectively throughout mitigation with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues.
* Communicate and coordinate with sub contractors to complete mitigation process.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation throughout the process and responsible for the final scope of work.
* Hands-on removal and mitigation of disaster situations & placement of equipment.
* Monitoring of jobs
* Responsible for the explanation and signature of the work agreement.
* Conduct quality control inspections with the Director of Mitigation upon completion.
* Xactimate knowledge to be able to create final invoices.
* Maintain stock and cleanliness of the work van at the end of every day.
*Qualifications*
* Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience in water damage restoration or a related field.
* Certification in water restoration (IICRC-WRT) or willingness to obtain.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Proficiency in project management software.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
