Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Operating production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Setting up machinery, adjusting settings, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions to ensure smooth operation.
Monitoring machine performance, including speed, temperature, and output, and making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
Assembly and Production:
Assembling components or parts into finished products according to production schedules and quality standards.
Performing tasks such as loading materials into machines, feeding parts onto conveyor belts, or packaging finished goods.
Inspecting products for defects, inconsistencies, or damage and addressing any issues according to established procedures.
Quality Control:
Conducting quality inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
Reporting quality issues or deviations from standards to supervisors or quality assurance personnel for corrective action.
Following quality control procedures and documentation requirements to maintain accurate records of production activities and outcomes.
Safety Compliance:

Requirements:
