Description: Job Title: Manufacturing Production Operator Job Summary: The Manufacturing Production Operator is responsible for performing various tasks in the production process to manufacture goods according to established specifications and quality standards.
This role involves operating machinery, assembling components, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Positions available: Braider Operator Hose Builder Mill Room Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Operating production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Setting up machinery, adjusting settings, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions to ensure smooth operation.
Monitoring machine performance, including speed, temperature, and output, and making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
Assembly and Production: Assembling components or parts into finished products according to production schedules and quality standards.
Performing tasks such as loading materials into machines, feeding parts onto conveyor belts, or packaging finished goods.
Inspecting products for defects, inconsistencies, or damage and addressing any issues according to established procedures.
Quality Control: Conducting quality inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
