FUNCTION: The Sunpro Millwork Technician fabricates interior and exterior doors in accordance to customer specifications and Company standards.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
Visualize, fulfil, and implement the company vision and core values.
Fabricate exterior and interior residential doors in accordance to customer requirements and Company standards.
Work with production teams to improve value streams.
Operate appropriate equipment to machine and manufacture doors according to specifications and in alignment with designated safety standards.
Maintain a clean, orderly and safe working environment, identifying and correcting potential safety concerns and hazards.
Assist customers and sales team as needed.
Hang/Install doors, etc.

Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, etc.
Perform other duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Practical mathematic and measuring skills.
Able to function effectively as part of a high-performance production team.

Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED;
2-3 years experience in a relavent field preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical Work Requirements - Heavy: lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Repetitive motion associated with operating manufacturing equipment.
Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activit
