About the Role:
CNC Operator/Production Worker
Sprout is a lean manufacturer of wooden children's furniture in Provo, UT.

Pay: $17.
50 - $22.
00 per hour, full time
Schedule: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Production: Packaging, shipping, machine operation, tenoning, sanding, finishing, hardware installation, raw material retrieval, inventory management, & scrap management, all using standard processes & systems.
Process Development & Improvement: Documentation, Standards Development, Identification of out-of-standard conditions, Root cause analysis, & Application of countermeasures.
Personnel Development & Training: Training, Mentoring, Giving feedback on trainings

Ability to work on feet for 8 hours in 2 hour segments
Ability to commute/relocate to Provo, UT 84601
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 18 years of age
