Product Services Supervisor

*Product Services Supervisor* Vox Fulfillment is looking for a Product Services Supervisor to join our team.
The Product Services Supervisor is responsible of supervising the department’s kitting, assembly, and production of finish goods from individual components.
This person will oversee the different work orders being performed in the Production area.
This includes the following duties: *Responsibilities:* * Supervise over Line Leads and associates providing a safe and organized work floor.
* Supervise and plan labor to ensure on time and accurate delivery of FG/WIP.
Deploy associates to different lines as needed.
Use optimal team size according to priorities.
* Supervise all aspects of Kitting, Production, & FBT.
* Utilize available resources and time forecasts to meet productivity and profitability targets (e.
g.
, UPMH, GPM) * Supervise, train, coach Leads and Associates.
* Direct involvement with writing department SOPs/Instructions and ensure associates are following them.
* Identify quality issues and correct immediately.
Provide corrective action, and document accordingly.
* Properly run the PS Quality Control Program by enforcing/personally executing QC inspection in accordance with AQL tables.
* Constantly Inspect work of Line Leads.
Ensure they are performing their duties productively, accurately and with minimal waste.
* Ensure one piece flow and lean practices are implemented and followed.
* Look for ways to improve accuracy, process flow and minimize quality risks.
* Oversee floor cleanliness and organization.
* Identify, document/communicate, and escalate issues to management and other areas that include, but are not limited to Receiving, Shipping, Replenishment, Inventory Control, and IT teams.
* Oversee PS Operation * Assist, support and take on daily tasks to level workload with Ops Lead.
* Ensure Jobs are entered into Job board promptly by prioritizing according to customers’ needs and expectations.
* Deliver completed jobs are delivered to receiving or VM pick up area on a timely manner (same day they are completed).
* Coordinate work order closing and inventory reconciliation.
*Required Skills/Abilities:* * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
* Competent in Microsoft office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
* Minimum of 6-month experience in 3PL environment.
* Ability to take initiative, prioritize critical items and take additional responsibility as needed.
*Position Type and Expected Hours of Work* * This is a full-time position.
Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, Hours are 6:30AM – 3:30 PM.
*Education and Experience:* * High School diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a 3PL environment required * Competent in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Ability to take initiative, prioritize critical items and take on additional responsibility.
* Some understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
* Spanish Speaking is a plus.
*Physical Requirements*: * Periods of standing as well sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
