*Supply Chain Coordinator – Drilling Fluids*
The P2 Energy Services Fluids group has an open position for a Supply Chain Coordinator in our quickly growing Drilling Fluids group.
The role requires a strong attention to detail, world-class customer service and excellent communication skills.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator in our Drilling Fluids business, you will speak to customers and vendors on a daily basis to coordinate the delivery and re-stocking of drilling fluids in the regions to which you are assigned.
You will also collaborate internally on forecasts, invoicing, inventory management, and other duties as assigned.
*Primary Responsibilities*
* Work with the Drilling Fluids Specialist or other rig contact in the field to setup delivery of the specified fluid to the right location at the right time, while also capturing all relevant well information required to provide timely and accurate invoicing.
* Continually monitor ongoing deliveries to rig locations, ensuring that any problems which arise are handled in a timely and professional manner.
* Process loading paperwork into inventory system and correctly file to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
* Work with our vendors to obtain costs in a timely manner and post to correct sales orders.
* Process Sales Orders, allocate inventory, generate invoice, and submit invoice to for approval.
* Manage inventory levels and associated inventory costs.
* Participate in the drilling fluids on-call rotation.
*Additional Responsibilities*
* Work with the Drilling Fluids group to develop a proficient understanding of forecasting and inventory strategy.
* Participate in forecasting calls with vendors and customers.
*Qualifications and Education Requirements*
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business operations or general business management or at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Previous experience within upstream drilling fluids market is a plus

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient with general-use productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite or related software)

* This position can be located within the greater Rockies region (Colorado or Utah) or at our Spring, TX Headquarters

Pay: From $80,000.
