Shop Foreman

Smokin J Diesel Service is a small business in Price Utah.
We operate a full time Heavy duty diesel repair shop, and also offer towing services.
We are looking to add a shop foreman to our team to provide a more effective service to our growing customer base.
We have built a hard working team and need someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to compliment the rest of the crew.
```Duties``` - Manage the daily operations of the shop.
\*This includes scheduling, and labor management - Coordinate and assign tasks to shop employees - Ensure that all work is completed on time and meets quality standards- Communicate and --ensure that customers jobs are completed on time - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a safe and clean working environment - Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs - Provide training and guidance to shop employees ```Experience``` - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and vendors Please note that only candidates with relevant experience will be considered for this position.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
00 - $35.
00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Experience level: * 5 years Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
