com *Required Experience and Qualifications:* _Qualifications & Licenses_ * Minimum: Utah Residential Journeyman * Preferred: Utah Commercial Journeyman * Bonus Points: AK Commercial Journeyman, or willing to take the AK Commercial Journeyman Test _Required Previous Electrical Job Experience_ * Experience managing electrical jobs from start to finish * Experience managing other employees * Experience tracking materials and inventory * Ability to read and understand blueprints and be able to design build to meet NEC code * Ability to measure, cut and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools * Experience and understanding of high-voltage wiring (480V 3-phase transformers/240-120) *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * Install, repair, maintain and test residential and commercial electrical systems * Ability work well with other contractors as well as subcontractors * Follow and practice safe work habits (we take safety very seriously) * Pass a pre-employment drug screen test and background check * Knowledge of basic industry hand tools and power tools * History of working well on a team and maintaining a positive work environment *Physical Demands and Work Environment:* * Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods of time * Ladder and scaffolding work are required (You can’t be afraid of heights) * At least 18 years of age or older (OSHA Requirement) * Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds while moving/bending/etc * Must be willing to work in variety of weather conditions; cold, heat, rain, snow, *Language*: English required; Spanish bilingual a plus *Location(s):* * The workday starts in Springville, UT * Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required) * Must have a personal vehicle for occasional travel to a job site if/when company vehicles are already at the job site * Must be willing to travel to AK for 2-3 weeks at a time for remote work (travel expenses are covered).
Likely 4-6 times per year * _Note: A position could be available for someone full-time based in Juneau, AK as well_ *Job Type:* Full-time *Schedule:* * Generally, Monday – Thursday; 10 hr days * Must be willing work overtime when needed *Wage*: * Starting wage of $28-$50+ per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
