The Carpenter performs In-house Carpentry and Craftsman tasks for our homes and remodels.
Highlights of the Carpenter Duties and Responsibilities:
Embraces and lives the Team Vision, Mission and Values
Coordinates with other team members and helps them be successful in their roles.
Arrives at work by 7:00am daily Monday-Friday and stays until workday is complete (typically 5pm)
Attends Monthly Timberidge Team meeting and participates in success of team
Attends Weekly Timberidge Remodel Construction meeting, reports on his homesites, asks for what he needs from the team, and helps promote the success of all Timberidge Custom Remodels
SMEE: Sets, Meets and Exceeds Expectations.
Performs In house Carpentry and Craftsman task for our homes including but not limited to:
Dust mitigation and protection to areas of home not to be affected by work (remodels)
Careful Demolition (surgically removes what needs to come out without damaging parts that stay)
Trim carpentry, Door hanging, stair and railing, Mantles, ceiling beams, accent walls, etc
Cabinet installs and adjustment
Hardwood flooring and or Tile work
Hardware installation including door handles, bath hardware, barn doors, mirrors etc
Drywall and drywall patching
Caulking, Prep, and painting
Framing, Window installation, Siding, Roofing Etc.
Minor mechanical adjusting (Heating, Plumbing, Electrical)
Installing plumbing and light fixtures
Cleaning- When complete no one being able to know we were there
Carpenter may be well versed in most areas and only familiar with others but will constantly be expanding his abilities and craftsmanship.
Interacts with Homeowners to satisfy them and make a customer for life
Complete punch list and repair work orders.
Coordinate warranty work on projects.
Complete warranty work in a timely manner.
Meet with customers as required to review warranty list.
Communicate with the Project Manager and Superintendent
And other duties as assigned
Carpenter Requirements:
3-5 years of experience building luxury, custom homes
Must have a valid driver's license
Excellent written and oral communication
Carpenter Pay:
$50,000.
00 - $60,000.
00 per year, depending on experience
