*Role Summary:*
The Project Manager / Client Liaison will be the cornerstone of communication between Infinity Pools’ office, field operations, and our clients.
This primarily office-based role focuses on overseeing the seamless execution of our projects from an administrative and client service perspective, especially within the commercial construction space.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction project management, with a strong preference for those experienced in commercial projects, alongside outstanding communication and organizational skills.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Act as the primary office-based contact for clients, providing project updates, fielding questions, and ensuring a superior client experience.
* Liaise with field superintendents to oversee commercial and residential pool construction projects, ensuring adherence to our standards, timelines, and budgets.
* Ensure clear and effective communication between the office team and field personnel to address and resolve issues promptly.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, client communications, and adjustments to project plans.
* Develop and refine project management processes to enhance operational efficiency and project quality.
* Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management.
* Manage client expectations, providing timely and effective solutions to any concerns or issues that arise.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
* At least 5 years of project management experience, with a strong preference for candidates with commercial construction project management background.
* Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable with technology-driven work environments.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
* Knowledge of building automation and AI-based technologies is advantageous.

Pay: $65,000.
