Journeyman Plumber

*We are looking for a Journeyman Plumber with HVAC 5 Experience!* The Journeyman Plumber will ensure that heating and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality.
The Journeyman Plumber work includes installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems such as cleaning and adjusting systems along with solutions and repairing plumbing concerns such as unclogging pipes, installing toilets, and repairing water heaters.
*Duties/Responsibilities:* * Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
* Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
* Installs maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
* Identifies maintenance risks on equipment.
* Diagnosis of electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
* Repairs and/or installs pipes and plumbing fixtures.
* Visually inspects equipment and operates test equipment such as pressure and vacuum gauges to determine the cause and location of trouble.
* Clears obstructions from drains and toilets.
* Performs routine tasks to ensure the proper function of properties’ plumbing systems.
* Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs.
* Ability to teach and train other technicians.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
*General Qualifications/Skills:* * Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
* Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
* Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* 5 years of HVAC experience required.
* Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations on driving record.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Leadership experience.
* Desire and drive to learn the business.
* Ability to pass a background check.
*Education and Experience:* * High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Related experience preferred.
* On-the-job training offered.
* Experience with remodeling and new construction is a plus.
*Physical Requirements:* * Prolonged periods standing and walking.
* Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.
00 - $45.
