Lead Insulation Installer

We are looking for an experienced insulation installer.
The position will be installing insulation in attics, walls and ceilings in new and existing structures.
We are looking for someone that can bring their experience, who is eager to learn, that we can rely on to be the lead installer and be a support to an install crew.
Whitecap Enterprises is a locally owned and operated installation company based out of Pleasant Grove.

Pay: Our pay schedule is biweekly.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.

In addition to the hourly wage we offer a speed bonus, the more you produce the more you make.
Schedule: Monday-Friday.
Each day starts at 6:30 AM with 8-10 hour shifts.
Each morning you will meet at our warehouse in Pleasant Grove and you will drive our vehicles to the job site.
A valid driver's license & DOT physical is required to operate a company vehicle.
All tools are provided.
