_Much of the of work is completed in a comfortable, environmentally controlled manufacturing facility.
Occasional off-site work is dependent on project locations and needs; but usually not exceeding 2-3 days with per-diem meals and mileage paid.
This job will require dependable transportation to get to and from work, basic hand tools such as a tool bag, hammer, tape measure, square, etc.
are required.
Other tooling will be provided at the facility.

*Carpenter / Painter / Laborer Qualifications:*
_The ideal candidate that would thrive in this work environment would be a seasoned pro to the constructions trade with a team player mentality, as we are a tight knit group.
A well-rounded understanding of framing, siding, drywall, painting, trim and basic knowledge of plan reading, general carpentry, and finish carpentry is highly desired.
Pay is dependent on experience.
OSHA training preferred.
