Farm Mechanic

```Duties:``` - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, four-wheelers, machinery, and equipment.
-Must be willing to set up and follow through on routine maintenance schedules for equipment.
Schedules may vary depending on season and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Conduct inspections and identify any additional repairs or replacements needed.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as brakes, tires, transmissions, and engines.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Use power tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs and installations.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
```Requirements:``` - Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
- Proficient in using power tools and heavy equipment.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as tractors, loaders, is a plus.
- Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting electrical systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Preference given to bilingual Spanish/English speakers or willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
