Job Title: Quality Engineer - Manufacturing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled quality and manufacturing engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
The manufacturing test engineer will work closely with senior engineers to identify and troubleshoot manufacturing issues, develop and implement testing solutions, and support production teams in achieving product quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Incoming/Outgoing quality inspections of hardware, cables, assemblies, and electronics
* Product Testing
* Range, Production, Alpha, Dev, etc.
* Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate product quality and reliability of hardware, electronics, circuit boards, and software
* Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing issues related to testing processes and procedures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement testing solutions to improve product quality and reliability
* Conduct data analysis and research to identify and correct areas for improvement in testing processes and procedures
* Assist in planning and managing projects related to testing and process improvements, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and reporting progress to senior management
* Maintaining QA hardware and test devices to ensure all tools are functioning properly
* Ensure required tools and equipment are calibrated routinely based on proper intervals
* Keep up to date with industry trends and technology advancements in testing processes
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Including company Work Instructions (WI)
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support cross-functional teams to implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Required
* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
* Knowledge of testing processes and methodologies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
Preferred
* Experience with CAD softwares
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
* Experience with project management tools (such as Jira)
* Proficiency with Linux platforms (CLI)
* Part 107 Licensed
