Close Out Construction Laborer

Description: Bach Homes is seeking a Close Out Construction Laborer to join our team.
You will be responsible for getting apartments ready to turn over to property Management, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen.
To do well in this role you should be able to lift at least 50lbs, reliable, and be a hard worker.
Construction Laborer Responsibilities: Paint Drywall work Adjusting Cabinets Working with trim Keep the construction site clean by removing obstacles and hazards.
Load or unload construction materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors.
Assist craft workers.
Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
Requirements: Construction Laborer Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to work in all weather.
Workers must be punctual and reliable.
