Service Point Solution is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Turnover Painter to contribute to the complete transformation of residential units, preparing them for new tenants.
This role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the visual appeal and maintaining the high-quality standards of our properties.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Perform painting, patching, taping, and texturing tasks to ready residential units for occupancy.
* Select and mix paint to achieve a consistent and desired finish across different surfaces.
* Precisely apply paint to interior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, ensuring a flawless finish.
* Uphold quality standards in paint application, completing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
* Work collaboratively with the property management team to schedule painting projects and prioritize assignments.
* Keep the work area tidy and organized, adhering to best practices in safety and cleanliness.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Clean driving record
* Two (3) years’ Painting experience needed
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook Email, Tablet operations, general software knowledge, as well as in office equipment.
*SKILLS*
* Ability to problem solve and prioritize
* Time efficient
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional painter, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in painting, patching, taping, and texturing.
* In-depth knowledge of painting techniques and materials, with a keen eye for color matching and aesthetics.
* Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision in all tasks.
* Effective time management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* Physical stamina and resilience, with the capacity to work under various conditions.
* Familiarity with safety protocols and practices related to painting and property maintenance.
