We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to join our team.

As a Foreman/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Your role will involve supervising a team of workers, coordinating schedules, and managing resources effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee the work of construction crews and subcontractors
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management
- Coordinate schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction-related issues
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings
- Experience working with construction management software such as ProCore or Prolog
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
