*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
* Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
* Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary for timely completion.
* Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
* Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on project status.
*Skills and Attributes:*
* Strong leadership and management abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
* Solid understanding of construction processes and techniques.
