We are a leading construction company looking for a Construction Estimator to join our team.
As our Estimator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing accurate and timely cost estimates.
This is a full-time position with the responsibility of providing timely and accurate estimates for a range of commercial projects involving brick, stucco, and masonry, etc.
The candidate should have experience in reading blueprints and familiarity with commercial exterior finishes and a knowledge of different computer programs and software, as needed.

Essential Job Requirements:
Ability to read commercial architectural plans.
Ability to understand commercial specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Proficient communication skills.
Complete knowledge of the façade systems we install and their products.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Self-motivated and goal driven.
Strong math skills.
Very detail oriented.
Present estimates and proposals to management for approval.
Experience with multi-family construction projects, a plus.
