*Experienced Traffic Control Technicians are great, but we also train!*
The TCT (Traffic Control Technician) must maintain a safe work zone that ensures that traffic stays out of the way of the workers.
This involves driving, setting up and removing temporary cones, signs, variable message boards, and safety barriers that show traffic where to drive, as well as holding up signs that direct traffic to either stop or to proceed slowly.
Traffic-control technicians must be constantly aware of both the construction and traffic activity taking place around them.
*Starting pay $20.
00 per hour, TCT Certified (with limited Traffic Control experience)*
· Valid Driver's License required
- Must have valid TCT card.
· Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.

· Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures
· Must be able to communicate to contractor employees, co-workers and supervisors effectively and manage truck inventory and job site materials and paperwork
· Complete daily paperwork accurately and efficiently.
· Any/all other duties as assigned
*Physical Requirements:*
· Must be able to perform the above for at least 8 hours per day 5 days per week.
May be required to work over-time; after hours; on weekends, for emergencies or on-call
· Duties outlined in this position will require the employee to stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers to handle or feel as well as reaching with hands and arms to spaces both high and low.
· Ability to work in adverse weather conditions which can include but is not limited to: extreme heat and cold temperatures; inclement weather such as wind, rain, snow, sleet and dust as well as adverse driving conditions including wet roads, icy roads, and fog.
