Position Description:
Cade Builder Services is seeking experienced and motivated cabinet installers.
We work primarily on new production home builds.
This position is paid bi-weekly as Piece Rate.
Candidates must have previous experience, work efficiently, read layouts and install cabinetry all while paying attention to detail.
This individual is also responsible for their own installation tools and transportation.
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly review and understand all information listed on job paperwork before beginning a project.
Install cabinets plumb and level.
Align all doors, fill all nail holes, and adjust all drawers to make sure they are fully functional.
Upon completion of a job, carefully access, clean, and inspect the work area for possible trade damage before leaving the job site.
Pictures and/or videos of the completed job will be required.
Contact the Operations team with job status and any possible issues that may arise before, during, and after installation.
You will be responsible for your own installation tools and their maintenance.
Using effective time management to ensure job completion is timely and thorough.
If there is an issue related to the quality of the installation, you will be required to go back and make repairs in a prompt timeframe.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
