Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Perform various maintenance person tasks such as welding, heavy lifting, tile laying, stucco work, masonry, fabricating, drywall installation, etc.
- Collaborate with project managers and other subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Proven experience in subcontracting or related field
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Strong skills in various maintenance person tasks such as welding, heavy lifting, tile laying, stucco work, masonry, fabricating, drywall installation, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
